CHARLOTTE, NC (January 24, 2022) - Roots Food Co, the minds behind Roots Catering and Roots Cafe, have launched a new concept called Bar ‘54. The newest business to their portfolio will offer clients the option to select from various vintage vehicle rentals that have been equipped with everything you need for hot and cold beverages on tap. With each truck, clients will have the opportunity to customize their beverage menus with beer, wine, bubbly, custom cocktails and zero-proof beverages.
